XPay is a licensed online payment gateway by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and is PCI compliant, providing secure and convenient payment solutions such as credit cards, mobile wallets, and bank transfers.

Not necessarily. You can send payment links directly to customers via the XPay dashboard if you don’t have a website.

To sign up, visit our website. Required documents include a valid ID, proof of address, a business bank account, and your business registration.

Required documents include: all pages of a current, valid commercial registry, a valid tax card, a corporate bank account, a website or social media channels, a valid ID (both sides), proof of residence (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement no older than three months), phone number, and email address.

XPay supports payments in EGP, EUR, USD, and SAR at checkout, but all withdrawals are made in EGP according to central bank regulations.

You can export transaction data by going to “Invoice” on your dashboard and downloading the data.

XPay charges a competitive rate starting at 1.5% + 2 EGP per transaction, with no hidden or monthly fees.

There are no penalties, additional fees, subscriptions, or account setup charges.

Settlements are made twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) to bank accounts in Egypt. Three business days are required for each transaction to be eligible for settlement.

No, there is no minimum settlement amount.

Refunds can be processed within 90 days of the transaction if there are sufficient funds in your account.

XPay is PCI DSS compliant and uses multi-factor authentication and fraud detection systems to ensure transaction security.

XPay supports WooCommerce, Shopify, and other platforms through APIs. Integration resources are available in our Developer Hub.

No, XPay does not support setting user-specific transaction limits, as each transaction requires valid end-user information.

Yes, updates must be coordinated with our sales team and should reflect the initially registered business activities.

Yes, as long as the websites belong to the same legal entity and are registered accordingly.

Yes, payments from abroad can be received. XPay supports all countries and can accept payments from anywhere in the world, except for restricted countries.

 The account is activated within two business days after signing the contract. However, for large-scale businesses with high transaction volumes, it may take 4 to 5 business days to receive activation approval from the bank.

XPay has obtained PF and PSP licenses from the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr.

Yes, if your business operates on a subscription model, you can integrate and receive your payments.

You can receive payments in any currency, but settlements are made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) only, in line with Central Bank regulations.

Yes, you can show the amount to your customers in USD, EGP, Saudi Riyal, and Euro, but funds are withdrawn from customers in EGP.
